Further Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development layouts for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent photograph drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

You can see the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a key detailing various sections of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.

Additional materials made public as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
